Payments to Residency and Global Advisory Bureau

When you make a payment to Residency and Global Advisory Bureau, it is your right to demand an official receipt for the same. Residency and Global Advisory Bureau issues receipts for all payments made to the company.

Check Who You Are Dealing With

If someone contacts you and says they are a Residency and Global Advisory Bureau Immigration Counselor, you can check it with Counselor Verification. If you are in Residency and Global Advisory Bureau's records, you confirm yourself with a 6-digit one-time code that we email to you from one-time-password@rgabureau.com. It is valid for 10 minutes. After that, you can check a Counselor by entering the Counselor Code together with the Counselor's mobile number or email address. A verified result shows the Counselor's name, job title, department, branch, Counselor Code, work email, mobile number and whether they are active.

• Residency and Global Advisory Bureau never asks you for your one-time code. Do not give it to anyone, including a person who says they work for Residency and Global Advisory Bureau.

• Residency and Global Advisory Bureau records every check (your name, email, mobile number, IP address, browser details, the Counselor Code entered and the result) to protect clients and staff from fraud and bots. See our Privacy Policy.
• Residency and Global Advisory Bureau does not charge a fee to use the CV Builder, the Visit / Tourist Visa Destination Finder or Counselor Verification, or to submit the Eligibility Assessment form. Anyone who asks you to pay for them is not acting for Residency and Global Advisory Bureau.

Payments to Residency and Global Advisory Bureau Staff

You are strongly cautioned against making any additional payments to any employee of Residency and Global Advisory Bureau.

If any staff member offers to fabricate your profile or obtain any kind of document for an additional fee, we strongly advise that you immediately inform management so that suitable action may be taken against the employee.

Please note: the company is not liable if you enter into any verbal or written agreement with any employee or their references. If you have paid for any additional service directly to any employee, the company will not be responsible for the consequences.

Vendors Referred by Staff

We strongly discourage clients from availing any service from vendors suggested by any employee of Residency and Global Advisory Bureau, as these are not endorsed or permitted by the company and may expose you to fraud.

If any employee claims that a vendor can help increase your chances of obtaining a positive result for your application, you are advised to seek confirmation directly from the company by emailing info@rgabureau.com.

The company is not responsible for any vendors referred by employees and will not be liable for any charges paid to them.

Fraudulent Documentation

Residency and Global Advisory Bureau does not handle cases involving fraudulent documentation or false information. Your case is accepted based on the information and documents you provide, which we assume to be true and genuine.

The company is not liable if you submit incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation or information.

Residency and Global Advisory Bureau does not create or provide documents on behalf of clients and only works with documentation submitted directly by the applicant. We assume all submitted information and documents are accurate.

Employees are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal practices and are required to adhere to company policies. If any employee violates these policies, the company shall not be held responsible or liable for their actions.

To avoid being deceived or refused entry into foreign countries, please keep the following in mind:

• Do not be misled by dishonest staff into believing it is acceptable to submit forged documents with your visa application. Such applications will be refused and may lead to investigations by immigration authorities.
• Do not believe any staff member claiming they can influence visa processing speed or approvals in exchange for money or favors. Visa decisions are made solely by authorized immigration officers.
• Do not be fooled by imposters pretending to be embassy or visa officers. Legitimate officers do not meet applicants outside official offices or request money personally.
• Do not trust fake websites designed to imitate government or immigration service websites. Ask your Immigration Counselor which official sources apply to you, and confirm anything unusual with us before you act on it.
• Beware of job or visa scams. Many overseas job offers are fraudulent. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it may be a scam.
• Some dishonest individuals may advise applicants to provide fake documents or enter into fraudulent arrangements. Doing so can lead to visa refusal, financial loss, bans, and legal consequences.

Many countries strictly enforce anti-fraud immigration policies, and immigration authorities have advanced systems to detect fraudulent activity and cooperate internationally.

Submission of false education records, fake employment documents, forged bank statements, or misleading information can result in visa refusal, an immigration ban, and possible legal action.

Fraud is considered a criminal offense in many countries and can result in severe penalties.

Ultimately, responsibility for the visa application lies with the applicant. Clients are strongly encouraged to protect themselves from immigration fraud and avoid any form of misrepresentation.

Guarantees

Residency and Global Advisory Bureau does not promise visas, approvals, or jobs to any candidate.

No employee of the company is authorized to promise visa approvals or job placements. Visa decisions rest solely with immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, and visa officers. Job offers rest solely with employers.
