Contact an Immigration CounselorWhat happens to my reward?
The reward is a deduction, never cash. Choose the option that fits you.
Your AED 500 comes off what you still owe.
Once the referral is qualified and accounting has approved it, the AED 500 is deducted from your outstanding balance. The deduction is applied to your final scheduled payments first and works backwards until the balance reaches zero. Once the balance is zero, nothing more can be deducted.
Example only

With no balance, there is nothing to deduct.
If you do not have an outstanding balance with Residency and Global Advisory Bureau, the reward has nothing to be deducted from, so it ends there. It is not paid in cash or by bank transfer. You are still welcome to keep referring people.
A referral deduction cannot be combined with another active Residency and Global Advisory Bureau promotion or discount on the same balance. Only one promotional benefit may apply to a balance.

Terms and conditions
Contract ID verification is required to submit a referral. If you are a client, give your Contract ID when you submit, and Residency and Global Advisory Bureau verifies it before the referral is accepted.
Where a Counselor Code is on file, Residency and Global Advisory Bureau checks it as part of verifying the referral.
The referred client must pay at least AED 1,575 toward their service for you to receive the reward. A referral who pays less does not qualify.
The reward is only a deduction against an outstanding balance you owe Residency and Global Advisory Bureau. It is applied starting from the final scheduled payments and working backwards. It is never paid out in cash or by bank transfer, and no deduction can be applied once the balance is zero.
Duplicate referrals are invalid. Where the same person is referred more than once, the first referral that Residency and Global Advisory Bureau records takes precedence.
Self-referrals are prohibited. You cannot refer yourself, or use another name or person to do so.
Residency and Global Advisory Bureau may reject any submission that appears to be fraudulent.
All rewards are subject to qualification and approval. Submitting a referral does not by itself entitle anyone to a reward.
A referral deduction cannot be combined with another active Residency and Global Advisory Bureau promotion or discount on the same outstanding balance. Only one promotional benefit may apply to a balance.
Residency and Global Advisory Bureau management has the final decision on all matters of qualification and rewards.
Residency and Global Advisory Bureau may modify or discontinue the campaign at any time.
Approvals. Every reward is subject to qualification verification, duplicate verification, finance approval and accounting approval. There is no fixed timeline for when the deduction is applied once a reward has been approved.
Staff. No Residency and Global Advisory Bureau employee, counselor or team leader may refer clients, because of the conflict of interest this would create.
