Your details
We email you a one-time code so that only real clients can look up our team.
Enter your code
If your details match our records, we have emailed a 6-digit code to you.
No email? You may not be registered in our portal yet. Please coordinate with your Residency and Global Advisory Bureau Immigration Counselor to add you in our portal; otherwise you cannot see the verification. This protects our clients and our team.
Check your Counselor
Email confirmed. This session ends when you leave the page.
Enter the Counselor's code and one contact detail they gave you. Both must match our register.
You can reach us directly:
Before you pay
-
Pay only through official Residency and Global Advisory Bureau channels. If a payment request does not come through a channel Residency and Global Advisory Bureau has confirmed to you, stop and ask us.
-
Never pay a personal account unless Residency and Global Advisory Bureau management has authorised it to you in writing.
-
Never share your one-time code. It is meant for you alone. No Counselor or manager needs it.
-
Report anything suspicious with screenshots of the messages, the number or the account. We would rather hear early.
A minute now can save a great deal later.
-
Names are easy to borrow
Anyone can copy a logo, a photo or a name. Only a genuine Counselor can pass a check against our register.
-
Two details must agree
The Counselor's code and their mobile number or email both have to match, so a lucky guess is not enough.
-
It takes about two minutes
Confirm your email, enter two details and you know who you are dealing with before money or documents change hands.
Report a suspicious person
Contacted by someone who does not feel right, or asked to pay in a way that worries you? Send us their name, how they reached you and screenshots of the messages, numbers or accounts. We take every report seriously.
- Checked against the official Counselor register
- One-time code sent by email
- Your session stays in memory, never in your browser storage
- Report a concern in one tap
Good to know
It checks whether a named person is a current member of the Residency and Global Advisory Bureau Immigration Counselor register. You give us the Counselor's code and either their mobile number or email address, and both must match what we hold.
So that only real clients can look up our team. It stops strangers from browsing the register and helps protect our Counselors from being impersonated or harassed.
Check your spam folder and give it a minute. If you are not registered in our portal yet, no code is sent, so please coordinate with your Residency and Global Advisory Bureau Immigration Counselor to add you in our portal. You can also contact us directly and we will help.
Ask the person for it. A genuine Counselor will not mind being checked. It looks like RGAB-STF-0042.
Not necessarily. A typing slip or an out-of-date number can cause it. Treat it as a warning all the same: do not pay and do not send documents until we have confirmed who you are dealing with. Contact us and we will look into it.
This page talks to our verification service over an encrypted connection. Your details are used only to confirm who you are and to keep our clients and our team safe, as our Privacy Policy explains. Nothing is saved in your browser, and your session lasts only while this page stays open. Read our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
No. It only confirms that the person is on our Counselor register. No visa, permit or other immigration outcome is guaranteed, and final decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
