These Terms & Conditions govern your use of rgabureau.com (this "Website"), operated by Residency and Global Advisory Bureau ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this Website, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing, submitting a form on, or otherwise using this Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Anti-Fraud Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Eligibility to Use This Website

This Website and the services it describes are intended for adults, and for individuals who are legally able to enter into an agreement for immigration or HR consultancy services. If you are seeking assistance on behalf of a minor or another person, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so.

This Website Is Informational

The content on this Website — including service descriptions, destination and country pages, Knowledge Centre articles, and the free tools described below — is general information about immigration pathways, programs, and Residency and Global Advisory Bureau's services. It is not, by itself, legal advice, immigration advice, or a substitute for a personalized consultation. Immigration rules, eligibility criteria, processing times, and fees are set by governments and other authorities and change without notice — see our Disclaimer for the full statement.

Using This Website Does Not Make You a Client

Submitting a form on this Website — including the Eligibility Assessment form, a general enquiry, registering to download a CV in the CV Builder, using Counselor Verification, or passing on a referral — does not, by itself, create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on Residency and Global Advisory Bureau's part, and does not guarantee that Residency and Global Advisory Bureau will provide any immigration or HR consultancy service to you. It only means we have received your message or request.

When a Client Relationship Actually Begins

A formal client relationship with Residency and Global Advisory Bureau begins only when Residency and Global Advisory Bureau and you have both agreed to proceed, following Residency and Global Advisory Bureau's standard onboarding process, and have signed a service agreement or Contract of Engagement setting out the specific services, fees, and terms that apply to your case. Nothing on this Website overrides the terms of a signed service agreement — where the two differ, your signed agreement controls.

Your Responsibilities

If you submit information to us through this Website or afterward as a client, you confirm that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will inform us promptly of any changes. Residency and Global Advisory Bureau relies on the accuracy of information and documents you provide — see our Anti-Fraud Policy for more on fraudulent documentation and your responsibility as an applicant.

CV Builder

The CV Builder is a free tool for making a CV. By using it you agree to the following.

• Registration and consents. You must register before you can download your CV, and you must agree that Residency and Global Advisory Bureau may contact you about your CV. What we collect and what you may choose to share is explained in our Privacy Policy.
• The Residency and Global Advisory Bureau watermark. Every CV you download carries a Residency and Global Advisory Bureau watermark and the footer line "Created with the Residency and Global Advisory Bureau CV Builder". You may not remove, hide or change the watermark or the footer line.
• Your content. You remain responsible for what your CV says. Please include only information that is true and that is about you. Residency and Global Advisory Bureau does not check your CV for accuracy. Giving false or misleading information can have serious consequences — see our Anti-Fraud Policy. If you tick "share my CV with Residency and Global Advisory Bureau", you allow Residency and Global Advisory Bureau to store your CV content and let authorized Residency and Global Advisory Bureau staff view it, as the Privacy Policy describes.
• No guarantee. The CV Builder does not guarantee a job, an interview, a visa or any other result. Design and "strength" suggestions are general guidance only.
• Use. Use the CV Builder for your own CV, and not in an automated or abusive way.

Visit / Tourist Visa Destination Finder

The Visit / Tourist Visa Destination Finder is for general information. It runs in your browser, and what you choose or type there is not sent to Residency and Global Advisory Bureau or stored. It does not guarantee a visa. Entry and visa requirements change, and the relevant authority confirms them. Always check current requirements with that authority before you travel or apply.

Counselor Verification

Counselor Verification is a tool to help you check that a person who says they are a Residency and Global Advisory Bureau Immigration Counselor is genuine. By using it you agree to the following.

• Who it is for. It shows Counselor details only to people who are in Residency and Global Advisory Bureau's records and who confirm themselves with a one-time code. If you are not in our records, you cannot see Counselor details, and you should coordinate with your Immigration Counselor to be added in the portal.
• Your one-time code. The code is for you alone. Residency and Global Advisory Bureau never asks you for it. Do not give it to anyone.
• Checks are recorded. Residency and Global Advisory Bureau records each check, including your name, email, mobile number, IP address, browser details, the Counselor Code you entered and the result, to protect clients and staff from fraud and bots. See the Privacy Policy for how long they are kept.
• Proper use. Do not use the tool to guess codes, to collect Counselor details in bulk, to harass anyone, or in any automated way. Residency and Global Advisory Bureau may limit or block access where it sees misuse.
• What a result means. A verified result confirms Residency and Global Advisory Bureau's records at the time of the check. It is not a promise of any outcome. A "not verified" result only means that no match was found for the details entered. It is not a statement about any person. If you are worried that someone is not who they say they are, do not pay them, and tell us at info@rgabureau.com or accounts@rgabureau.com.

Referral Program

The Referral Program has its own page with the reward and its conditions, and those conditions apply together with these Terms. In short: you must have the permission of the person you refer before you give us their details, Residency and Global Advisory Bureau employees may not refer, and Residency and Global Advisory Bureau's management decision on a reward is final. Please read the program page for the details. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use the information shared for a referral.

Accounts & Portals

Public sign-up on this Website is closed. Accounts are created by Residency and Global Advisory Bureau only. The client portal is available to paid clients only, and the staff portal is for Residency and Global Advisory Bureau staff. If Residency and Global Advisory Bureau gives you an account, keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them. Residency and Global Advisory Bureau may restrict access to an account that appears to be misused.

Intellectual Property

The Residency and Global Advisory Bureau name, logo, and the text, layout, and design of this Website are the property of Residency and Global Advisory Bureau or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference. The CV Builder's designs and templates, and the Residency and Global Advisory Bureau watermark on the CVs it produces, are part of this. The content of your own CV remains yours.

Third-Party Links

This Website may link to third-party services (for example, a payment or messaging service) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party website, and a link does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Website Availability & Errors

We aim to keep this Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times, and we may update, suspend, or remove content or features at any time without notice.

Pricing, Payments & Refunds

Where fees are discussed with you, they will be confirmed in writing before you are asked to pay. This Website does not process payments directly for the general public — payments are made in connection with a signed service agreement, through Residency and Global Advisory Bureau's own client systems. The CV Builder, the Visit / Tourist Visa Destination Finder and Counselor Verification are free to use, and submitting the Eligibility Assessment form needs no payment. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Residency and Global Advisory Bureau is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Website, or from decisions made by governments, embassies, consulates, or employers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Residency and Global Advisory Bureau's operations in the United Arab Emirates.
