Terms & Conditions

⚠ Legal review required. This page has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer qualified in RGAB's operating jurisdiction. It is published at the company's direction as an accurate, good-faith description of how this website actually works today, ahead of that review. It must not be treated as finalized legal advice or as a substitute for one.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of rgabureau.com (this "Website"), operated by Residency and Global Advisory Bureau ("RGAB", "we", "us"). By using this Website, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing, submitting a form on, or otherwise using this Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Anti-Fraud Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Eligibility to Use This Website

This Website and the services it describes are intended for adults, and for individuals who are legally able to enter into an agreement for immigration or HR consultancy services. If you are seeking assistance on behalf of a minor or another person, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so.

This Website Is Informational

The content on this Website — including service descriptions, destination and country pages, and Knowledge Centre articles — is general information about immigration pathways, programs, and RGAB's services. It is not, by itself, legal advice, immigration advice, or a substitute for a personalized consultation. Immigration rules, eligibility criteria, processing times, and fees are set by governments and other authorities and change without notice — see our Disclaimer for the full statement.

Using This Website Does Not Make You a Client

Submitting a form on this Website — including the Eligibility Assessment form, a general enquiry, or any other web form — does not, by itself, create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on RGAB's part, and does not guarantee that RGAB will provide any immigration or HR consultancy service to you. It only means we have received your message or request.

When a Client Relationship Actually Begins

A formal client relationship with RGAB begins only when RGAB and you have both agreed to proceed, following RGAB's standard onboarding process, and have signed a service agreement or Contract of Engagement setting out the specific services, fees, and terms that apply to your case. Nothing on this Website overrides the terms of a signed service agreement — where the two differ, your signed agreement controls.

Your Responsibilities

If you submit information to us through this Website or afterward as a client, you confirm that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will inform us promptly of any changes. RGAB relies on the accuracy of information and documents you provide — see our Anti-Fraud Policy for more on fraudulent documentation and your responsibility as an applicant.

Intellectual Property

The RGAB name, logo, and the text, layout, and design of this Website are the property of Residency and Global Advisory Bureau or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

This Website may link to official government or third-party resources (for example, an embassy or immigration-authority website) for your reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party website, and a link does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Website Availability & Errors

We aim to keep this Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times, and we may update, suspend, or remove content or features at any time without notice.

Pricing, Payments & Refunds

Where fees are discussed with you, they will be confirmed in writing before you are asked to pay. This Website does not process payments directly for the general public — payments are made in connection with a signed service agreement, through RGAB's own client systems. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RGAB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Website, or from decisions made by governments, embassies, consulates, or employers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to RGAB's operations in the United Arab Emirates.

⚠ Legal review required: the precise governing-law and jurisdiction clause depends on RGAB's confirmed licensing structure (UAE mainland, DIFC, ADGM, or another free zone), which is not yet confirmed in our systems — see the Privacy Policy's "Who We Are" section. This clause should be finalized by a lawyer once that is confirmed.

Disputes

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first at info@rgabureau.com so we can try to resolve it directly before pursuing any other remedy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
