What Clients Should Know

Professional fees are charged for consultation, assessment, documentation assistance, preparation, advisory work, administrative support and processing support.

Government and third-party fees are separate from professional fees
Refund terms depend on the signed agreement and service status
Visa refusals by authorities do not automatically create a refund
Written refund requests should be sent to official company email
