What is Residency and Global Advisory Bureau?
Residency and Global Advisory Bureau (RGAB) is a private international immigration, HR consultancy and global mobility advisory company with its office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It helps individuals, families and employers understand and prepare immigration pathways. It is not a government agency, embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and the decision on any application is always made by the relevant authority.

How can I verify RGAB?
Use the company licence verification page. You confirm your details with a one-time code sent to the e-mail address your Immigration Counselor has on file for you, and you then see the licence on a secure page. This page never shows a licence result of its own. If you have not been in touch with a Counselor yet, write to info@rgabureau.com and ask how to check the company before you share anything.

How can I verify my counselor?
Use Counselor Verification. You confirm yourself with a one-time code, then enter the Counselor Code the person gave you together with their mobile number or e-mail address, and both must match RGAB's register. A result of "not verified" only means that no match was found for what you entered. If you are in doubt, do not pay anyone and contact info@rgabureau.com.

How does the immigration assessment work?
There are two steps. First, the Discover Your Global Path tool on this page: you choose a destination and a goal, add as much or as little about your background as you like, and it shows a general profile of what to evaluate, prepare and ask. It has no score and sends nothing until you ask for a review. Second, if you ask for a personalized review, an RGAB Immigration Counselor looks at your situation (for example nationality, country of residence, education, work experience, language ability and goal) against the pathways that may apply and explains the options and next steps.

Does an assessment guarantee eligibility?
No. A preliminary assessment helps identify areas for further review. Eligibility depends on official program rules and supporting evidence, and the final decision is made only by the relevant government authority.
What destinations can RGAB assist with?
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and a range of European countries for work, residency and family pathways; visit visas worldwide, including visitor visas for the United States and visit visa assistance across Asia; and digital nomad and remote work visas in Europe. The destination explorer on this page shows what RGAB publishes for each one.

What services are included in a consultation?
RGAB describes its process as starting with a consultation about your objectives (work abroad, settling permanently, joining family, visiting), a review of your profile, identification of the pathways that may fit, and guidance on the documents your pathway calls for. What a particular engagement covers, and its fees, are set out in the written service agreement for your case.

How much does a consultation cost?
The website does not publish consultation prices. Where fees are discussed with you, they are confirmed in writing before you are asked to pay. Sending an inquiry through this page, or submitting the Eligibility Assessment form, needs no payment and does not make you a client.

What documents may be needed?
It depends on the destination and the pathway. Typically a valid passport, an up-to-date CV, education certificates and employment letters; a family route adds civil documents that show the relationship, and a work route may add details of a job offer. The Global Path tool lists more depending on your goal. Please do not type passport numbers or send documents through this page: your Counselor tells you how to share them safely.
How long can immigration processing take?
Processing times are set by the relevant authority and differ by destination, pathway and each person's circumstances, and they can change. A Counselor can describe the stages of a route, but RGAB does not promise a processing time or an outcome.

Can RGAB guarantee a visa?
No. Immigration decisions are made by the relevant authorities and no legitimate consultancy can guarantee them. RGAB does not promise visas, approvals or jobs, and no RGAB employee is authorized to do so. If anyone promises you an approval, report it to info@rgabureau.com.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Your request is stored and you see a reference on screen. It is checked against RGAB's existing records so that nobody is contacted twice, and it is passed to an RGAB Immigration Counselor, who contacts you using the method you chose. Sending an inquiry needs no payment, does not make you a client, and does not guarantee any service. No approval or eligibility decision is made at this stage.

How can I verify my payment receipt?
Receipts and invoices issued by RGAB carry a code. Enter it on the RGAB document verification page to check that the document is genuine. Only pay through official RGAB channels, always ask for an official receipt, and never pay an individual employee personally. For payment questions write to accounts@rgabureau.com or info@rgabureau.com.

Will I receive a written service agreement?
Yes. A formal client relationship with RGAB begins only when you and RGAB have both agreed to proceed and have signed a service agreement (a Contract of Engagement) that sets out the services, the fees and the terms for your case. Where a fee is discussed with you, it is confirmed in writing before you are asked to pay.

How does the client portal work?
The Client Portal is available to paid RGAB clients only; public sign-up is closed and RGAB creates the account. Once you are a client it shows where your application stands, which documents are still needed (and an upload for them), a place to ask questions about your case and your payment schedule and records. Everything in it belongs to your own case; the team working on your case can see it too.

How does RGAB protect personal information?
This website does not ask for passport numbers, identity-document scans or payment details, and it asks you not to type them into free-text boxes. RGAB limits access to client information to authorized people, its internal systems use role-based access and encrypted connections, and it does not sell personal information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. You can ask what RGAB holds about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to info@rgabureau.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

Can my family be included in an application?
Many routes allow an eligible partner and dependent children to apply with the main applicant or afterwards, subject to the destination's family immigration rules and the specific permit. RGAB also assists with family migration pathways where the destination offers them. The destination explorer shows what RGAB publishes for each destination.

Can I apply independently?
Yes, where the relevant authority permits it. Using RGAB is a choice, not a requirement, and no outcome is guaranteed either way. RGAB's role is to explain the options, help you prepare, and assist with the application where that is within its services.
What happens if I do not qualify for a pathway?
Eligibility is decided by the authority on its own rules. If a pathway does not fit your situation, your Immigration Counselor can explain why, what could be prepared first, and whether another pathway among RGAB's published services might be worth discussing. No outcome can be guaranteed. How fees are handled is set out in your signed service agreement and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which also explains that a refusal by an authority does not by itself entitle you to a refund of RGAB's professional fees.

How can I contact an authorized RGAB counselor?
Use the details on the Contact page (phone, WhatsApp and e-mail), the RGAB Concierge on this website, or the request form on this page. Before you share documents or make a payment, check the person with Counselor Verification and confirm that you are communicating through an official RGAB channel.
